How to Join
A man must ask to become a Mason. Masonry does not solicit men to join–men come to it of their own accord by contacting Masons in their community, workplace, or place of worship. One joins the fraternity by completing and submitting an application to a local Mason he knows. You may ask why it is done in this manner. The answer is simple: It is important that this be something you want to do for yourself. When it’s your decision, the experience will have the most meaning and value to you.
According to Oklahoma Masonic Law, Freemasonry is open to any man who is 18 years of age, of good moral character, who has a belief in a Supreme Being, and has lived in Oklahoma for at least 6 months.
Freemasonry is a worldwide fraternity of men who share the following interests:
They believe that it is important to associate with men of good character and morals;
They believe such men have a desire to learn together in developing spiritually and intellectually through a shared dialogue;
They believe that it is important to help others;
They believe it is notable to want to become better men.
To inquire about joining, contact any Mason you know, or contact our Lodge through our email at email@example.com.
